So, I was doing a bit of travel planning / daydreaming the other day (as you do!), especially with all the buzz about Singapore turning 60 (SG60!).
While Browsing, I saw from Singapore Airlines that looks like SIA is celebrating SG60 in a big way with some seriously good flight deals right now! If you’re thinking about a trip anytime between now and mid-November 2025, you’ll want to check this out.
So, what really caught my eye is that this isn’t just for one cabin class; they’ve got deals across Economy, Premium Economy, and Business Class, flying to heaps of destinations worldwide. Now, you do need to act relatively fast if you’re interested – the sale only runs until 24th April 2025 for booking, which isn’t that far away! If you manage to grab a deal, the travel itself can be anytime between 12th April and 19th November this year. One important heads-up though: they do mention some dates might be excluded (those pesky blackout periods), so definitely double-check your preferred travel dates when you’re searching for your specific route.

My Go-To Tips for Saving on SIA Flights (Beyond This Sale!)
Seeing a great sale like this always reminds me of a few things I try to do generally when booking flights, especially with a quality airline like SIA where fares aren’t always budget-level:
- Flexibility is Key: If you can shift your dates even by a day or two, or fly mid-week, you can often find better prices. Same goes for being open to when you travel (avoiding peak holidays if possible).
- Join KrisFlyer: Seriously, just do it. It’s free, you earn miles even on many promo fares (check the fare rules!), and miles = cheaper future flights or upgrades. Plus, members sometimes get early birds on sales.
- Tap into the Kris+ App (and its Referral Bonus!): This is related to KrisFlyer but focused on earning and spending miles on everyday things like dining and shopping here in Singapore (and some overseas spots).
